Coordinated by the Izmir Commodity Exchange, TOBB Izmir Women Entrepreneurs Board’s “Learn with My Compass, Improve, Go Forward, Share; Let the Difference be Your Strength!” The Mentoring Program was completed. Our Vice President Ms.Deniz Celep, who took part in the program as a mentor, was given a certificate of appreciation at the ceremony.


The aim of the program is about helping people (mentee) who are at the beginning of their career in the field of entrepreneurship by successful and experienced women (mentor) who are experts in their fields.
In addition, enriching the competencies and skills of mentees regarding their professional and personal lives and supporting the development of their entrepreneurial careers are among the aims of the project.
